Offline mode enables users to input time and expenses even in areas with limited or no data connectivity. It's important to note that users need to activate this feature while connected to the internet before utilizing it.

Offline mode must be enabled by your organization. If you do not see the offline feature please reach out to your administrators to ensure the offline module is configured.

Enable Offline

From the mobile dashboard click the hamburger menu

Next, click My Preferences

Then Enable Offline option

From the OFFLINE SETUP form, you will be able to create an offline PIN and decide the number of timesheet periods to sync in the past and future (max is 5 in future and past).

  1. Create PIN

  2. Confirm PIN

  3. Future Periods (number of timesheet periods to sync in the future, max 5)

  4. Past Periods (number of timesheet periods to sync in the past, max 5)

  5. Click Save

After saving, the application will automatically setup the offline mode. Now when navigating back to the dashboard you will see an option to enter offline mode.

Click GO OFFLINE, then yes to confirm.

Here on the Offline Login page enter the PIN which was created in the previous steps.

From the login page the user also has the ability to switch back online.

The user is now on the OFFLINE DASHBOARD

As shown above, the user has access to offline time and expenses. The view varies depending on the user’s access rights.
