If you want to assign an ACH account to the vendor:

  1. Select the vendor and click ACH Accounts tab in the tool bar.
  2. Click the Add button  in the toolbar.
  3. Fill in the following required fields:
    1. Effective Date* - Enter or select a date using the calendar that the ACH should start.
    2. Account No* - Bank account number.
    3. Routing No* - Bank routing number.
    4. Bank Name* - Name of the bank.
    5. Account Type* - Select either Saving or Checking
    6. Notes - Any notes you want to enter pertaining to the account.
    7. Active - Select Yes or No.
  4. Click the Save button to save the record.
