Updates and Fixes as of 05/09/2019

Admin & General 

  • TE-8827 Admin - Send email is greyed out when selecting all employees (in missing timesheet)
  • TE-8818 Data Piping - Instance Status Job is not getting updated to show #info, #Warning, #Error

Expense 

  • TE-8864 - Expense Report with Only One WBS On Cover page is not adding the lines to the WBS Lines
  • TE-8851 - Mobile Expense additional Field Down down only allow to search in the first page
  • TE-8848 User with Read Only Right as proxy is still able to modify timesheets and expense reports (and mobile time proxy)
  • TE-8838 Vendor Payment - Enable the ability to copy Email from Vendor to Cover Page
  • TE-8854 unable to send individual emails from timesheet or expense when the name is too long

  • TE-8872 Mobile - Favorite Locations not pulling up because Paging is only showing first 20 record in the Lookup in favorite addresses (when adding a mileage expense)

  • TE-8832 Credit card transaction itemization - only pre-populate saved custom field value on free text format type
  • TE-8826 Expense distribution - When applying a credit card charge with default expense type the amount is not copied to the line distribution
  • TE-8829 Itemization Distribution changed window appears when changing anything in expense detail (without changing itemized distribution)
  • TE-8833 Mobile - Distribution Allocation needs limited max/min 0 to 100
  • TE-8836 - when uploading the attendee file into line of expense employee id not showing (when it is invalid)


Time

  • TE-8842 Rows with zero hours are not showing isn timesheet if the user has an end date (terminated)
  • TE-8857 Mobile - Assignment by Project & Pay Code is not retrieving data on the Mobile Device
  • TE-8848 User with Read Only Right as proxy is still able to modify timesheets and expense reports (and mobile time proxy)
  • TE-8854 unable to send individual emails from timesheet or expense when the name is too long
  • TE-8860 Mobile - Invalid date error when editing a timesheet from the Calender view

  • TE-8824 Timesheet Mobile View By Date - it showing the rows that got deleted
