Why I am I unable to find an employee through ‘Clock Editor’ and add hours?

Solution

For the employee to be able to Clock In/out the following needs to be configured or enabled:

1. The employee needs to be assigned a ‘T&E Access’ role with ‘clock in/out’ enabled.
2. The Reporting Period must have ‘Entry Format’ as ‘Hours’.
