Mapping Users

In order to bring in PEX transactions to the appropriate users in DATABASICS, a unique ID will need to be set up in the card holders PEX profile.

1. Log into PEX as an admin user.

2. Pull up a card holder’s detail and click on the “Profile” tab as shown in the screenshot below.

3. In the “Custom ID” field, enter in a unique ID that is available in DATABASICS. We suggest using the employee ID that is set up in DATABASICS.

4. After this value is set up, the transactions will be loaded to the user’s expense credit card bin in DATABASICS.
