WebService Account with Token

To get the Account ID from NetSuite, go to Company Information:

  1. Enable SOAP WEB SERVICES & REST WEBSERVICES
    Setup → Company --> Enable Futures ---> go to tab SuiteCloud--> go down Enable SOAP WEB SERVICES and REST WEBWERVICE

 

  1. Setup a Web Service Role to access Manage Roles under Setup and setup a role for Web Service User that you will use.

  1. Setup a user and assign the user to the role that was created in the above step.

  2. Set up Consumer Key and Access Token

Setup the Consumer Key: Setup--> Integration --> Integration Management --> Create Integration Record to get the CONSUMER KEY and CONSUMER SECRET.

Make sure to check Check TOKEN-BASED AUTHENTICATION and uncheck OAuth 2.0

Call it DATABASICS

Make sure to save the information in safe place.

NOTE: You get an Application ID from the Integrations list.

 

Create Access Token ID and Secret: Setup--> User/Roles --> Access Token

DATABASICS will create a token for the Integration Record and select the WEB Service User created in the above steps.
TOKEN ID and TOKEN SECRET

Setup Connectors

With the NetSuite Client ID, the DATABASICS team will configure DATABASICS MiniService Connectors and dbNetSuitePostService to Post Time, Expense, GL and AP to NetSuite.

DATABASICS will provide the following details as required:

  • Customer ID

  • REMOTE AGENT ID & TOKEN

  • WEBSERVICES TOKEN
