If the Administrator has given your rights to assign your proxy, you may do so under My Preferences.

1. From the home page of the DATABASICS application on the top right-hand corner, click on your initials to view the drop-down menu options.

2. Select My Preferences
3. Click the Assign My Proxy tab on the left.
4. Click Add
   1. In the Employee field, start typing in the proxy's name. The option to search by clicking on the search icon is available.
   2. Company - Auto filled by system
   3. Department - Auto filled by system
   4. Entry Type
      1. Same as My Group - The user will have the same privileges as you
      2. Time - Time ONLY
      3. Expense - Expense ONLY
   5. Active
      1. Checked Box - Active
      2. Unchecked Box - Not Active
5. Click on Save
