Currency Rates are loaded from OANDA in DATABASICS Time and Expense. Only use these instructions if you have a different rate.
To enter Exchange Rates:
- Click on Organization to expand the menu.
- Click on Currency Rate
- Click Currency. This will list any currencies currently loaded into the system.
- On the line identifying the currency for which you wish to add an exchange rate, under the Exchange Rate column, click Exchange Rate .
- Make a selection in the To Currency field.
- Enter a date in the Effective Date field.
- Click the arrow at Organization Setup .
- Enter a rate in the Rate field.
- Repeat the above process to add additional currencies and rates.
- Click the Save button.
Example: One US Dollar equals 0.62201 British Pounds. In step 3 above, select British Pounds. Select US Dollars in the To Currency field, and enter 0.62201 in the Rate fie
