Organization Setup Menu
The Organization menu allows administrators to configure the organizational structure. The DATABASICS Time and Expense application's organizational structure consists of the Operating Unit, Department, Employee, Function, and Location. In addition to these data elements, the organization menu also allows the Currency, Employee Types, Employee Attributes, Vendor, Approval Structure and Proxy Setup to be configured.
Due to data dependencies during the initial setup, it will be necessary to setup some data elements prior to others. A recommended method is to setup the Organization in the following order, i.e. in the order in which they appear when the administrator expands Organization menu.
