  1. If you want to assign an ACH account to the vendor

  1. Select the vendor and click , click on the ACH Accounts tab in the tool bar.
  2. Click the Add button Image Removed in the toolbaron Add.
  3. Fill in the following required fields:
    1. Effective Date* - Enter or select a date using the calendar that the ACH should start.Account No - Date you would like the ACH to start.
    2. Active - This field will be checked by default. If you want to make an ach account inactive, the box will need to be unchecked.
    3. Account Number* - Bank account number.
    4. Routing NoNumber* - Bank routing number.
    5. Bank Name* - Name of the bank.
    6. Account Type* - Select either Saving or CheckingNotes -
  4. Optional fields:
    1. Notes: Any notes you want to enter pertaining to the account.
    2. Active - Select Yes or No.
    Click the Save
  5.  button to save the recordOnce the account information is completed click on Save.
