In most computer-based web browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). If this doesn't work, follow the appropriate instructions below. If you don't see instructions below for your specific version or browser, search your browser's Help menu for "clear cache". If you're unsure what browser version you're using, from the Help menu or your browser's menu, select About.
Google Chrome
Click the Customize and Control icon (three vertical dots) in the top right corner of the browser.
Hover over More Tools.
Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
Select All Time from the drop-down menu.
Check the following boxes:
Browsing History
Cookies and other site data
Cached images and files
Click the Clear data button.
Microsoft Edge
Click the icon with three horizontal dots in the top right of the window to open the More menu.
Click the Settings tab.
Click Privacy, search and services.
Select Clear History.
Check the following options:
Browsing history
Cookies and saved website data
Cached data and files
Click OK.
Once your changes have saved, close all Edge browser windows and re-launch Edge to refresh the browser.
Firefox
Click the menu button (3-vertical lines) in top right
Click Preferences.
Select Privacy & Security.
Under the History section, select Clear History.
Check the following boxes:
Browsing & Download History
Form & Search History
Cookies
Cache
Click OK.
Close all open Firefox windows and re-launch Firefox to refresh the browser.
Safari
From the Safari menu, select Clear History...
Select the desired time range, and then click Clear History.
Quit Safari or press Command-Q to exit the browser completely and then re-launch Safari.
