External Links are displayed on the users dashboard, as seen below, and provide quick access to common external URLs.

To create an External Link:
- Login to Admin and go to Options → External Links
- Click the Add icon
- Language: Sets the display language
- Link Display Text: Text that actually displays users dashboard
- URL: URL that is triggered when text is clicked
- Operating Unit, Department, Employee Type and Location define who the link will display to
- Active Flag: Enables/Disable External Link
