- Copy lines to the Favorites on timesheet release - Yes means on submit the system will take the lines with hours > 0 and insert them in the Favorites and set them to auto-fill for next timesheet. If set to No, the default it will not set the Favorites on submission unless the user click on submit "Set this current timesheet to auto-fill next timesheet period"
Auto-Populating Your Timesheet
You can also add all of the lines on your timesheet to your favorites upon submission of the report. During the submission process, select "Set this current timesheet to auto-fill any new timesheets." This will save all the lines with hours charged to them to your Favorites list. This will also auto-populate the next new timesheet you open with the lines the same lines.

NotesNote 1: Only timesheet lines that have both a WBS/OBS structure and hours charged will be saved to your Favorites and be used to pre-populate future timesheets. Lines with no hours charged or lines with indirect time codes (such as Sick, Vacation, or Holiday) will not be saved or used to pre-populate a timesheet. Auto-fill only works when the status of the timesheet you are opening is "New." It will not auto-populate a timesheet that has been previously worked on. Note2: Favorites lines automatically delete whenever any WBS charges is no longer active in the system based on the system configuration. Note3: If the opened future timesheet to submit PTO request the auto fill favorite will not insert the rows that do not allow future entry on the time code. Note4: For WBS/OBS codes that are no longer active they will not be auto inserted on the next timesheet even if they are set for Auto Fill On. |
