The Validation Log displays any validation warning and or errors on the expense report.Warning Image Removedvalidation messages appear on an expense report when a policy or a rule set by an administrator is violated. Different level of validation flags may appear depending on the level of significance set by an administrator.   

Image Added High Warning  = Allows the report to be releasedError Image Removed, but the importance of the validation is high.

Image Added Warning = Allows the report be released.

Image Added Error = An update and or change will need to be made before the report can be released

Image Added Information Only = Allows the report to be released. The validation attached is for information to either the user or and approver.
