Fields must be selected in the Data Page to create the report. The other three pages are optional and can be completed in any order by clicking the corresponding link at on the top left side of the page.
Once the Data has been selected, access the Ad Hoc Editor at any time by clicking the Open Report button.the OK at the bottom of the page.
