If you have received an email similar to the one below, it is because an alternate email address other than the email address in your employee profile has been added. This can be added in the user's preferences so the system recognizes who the alternate email belongs to. This comes is required when attachments are emailed to the application to be attached to a report and or timesheet from an alternate email.

Two ways to confrim confirm the email address:

  1. Click on the link provided in the email and enter in the code.
  2. Log into Databasics application → Click on the drop down next to your login name → My Preference → Email Accounts. Click on "Waiting for Confirmation" and enter in the code.
