To Change your Password:

  1. Go to Tools

    From the home page of the DATABASICS application on the top right-hand corner, click on your initials to view the drop-down menu options.

  2. Select Options My Preferences.
  3. Go to Click on Change Password.
  4. Type your Current Password.
  5. Enter your New Password.
  6. Select Change Password.

New Password Criteria:

  • 8 characters
  • 1 uppercase letter
  • 1 lowercase letter
  • 1 number1 special character
