Users can set their favorite expense types for an easier search. The expense types marked as favorites will be placed on top of the search list for an easier access. The expense types can also be renamed in order to change the search order and allow users to easily find specific expense types based on their preferred names. To set the favorite expenses:

  1. Click on your initials (From the home page of the DATABASICS application on the top right-hand corner), click on your initials to view the drop-down menu options.

  2. Select My Preferences.

  3. Go to Favorite Expenses

  4. Click Add

  5. From the drop down list of options select a favorite expense type

  6. If applicable update the expense type name by entering the new name in the Name field

  7. Click Save to save the changes
