Email Files to Your Timesheet 

The documents can be attached to a timesheet by sending your documents to pre-defined email address. This service does require a subscription services. If your company is subscribed to the server the email address to send the attachments to will be provided on the Announcements part of the application home page once you are logged into your DATABASICS account. If you are not able to find the address on the home page, please contact your administrator.  

To attach a file to a specific timesheet, start a new email via your e-mail client (such as your outlook). The e-mail needs to be sent from an e-mail address attached to your employee record in DATABASICS or from one of the additional e-mail accounts registered in DATABASICS. Enter the following in the Subject of the email:

  • T@@mm-dd-yyyy

  • T@@mm/dd/yyyy

  • T@@mm-dd-yy

  • T@@mm/dd/yy

  • T@@yyyy-mm-dd

Note the date could be any date between start and end of the reporting period. 

For Example:

if the user emails  the following   T@@02-08-2019 then the system will attach the file to the reporting period 02/15/2019.
