- Go to My Expenses and select a report.
- Click on the Paper Clip icon edit icon to access the report.
- Select the icon Paper Clip to view your receipts for the report (If the paper clip counter 0 to zero, means no receipts attached to the report but you could still click on it to access the Repository)
- Then click the icon to the icon to access the Repository (when it displays a 0, it means that there are no receipts in the Email Repository to select from).
- Select a document to attach from the Repository by clicking on the the Click Box icon.
- Click on AttachIt will promote you "Attach to Expense Line?" and click on yes
- The Receipt should now be attached to the Expense Report . Click on Back to go back to the expenses.or a specific line
