If a vendor requires a Purchase Order (PO):

  1. Select the vendor and click ACH Accounts tab in the tool barclick the AssignPO tab.
  2. Click the Add button Image Modified in the toolbar.
  3. Fill in the following required fields:
    1. PO Number* - PO Number associated with the vendor.
    2. Name* - Name associated with the PO.
    3. PO Amount - Amount of the PO.
    4. Currency* - Select the currency associated with the PO.
    5. Description - Enter in a description of the PO 
    6. Active - Select Yes or No.
  4. Click the Save button to save the record.
