If a vendor requires a Purchase Order (PO):
- Select the vendor and click ACH Accounts tab in the tool barclick the AssignPO tab.
- Click the Add button in the toolbar.
- Fill in the following required fields:
- PO Number* - PO Number associated with the vendor.
- Name* - Name associated with the PO.
- PO Amount - Amount of the PO.
- Currency* - Select the currency associated with the PO.
- Description - Enter in a description of the PO
- Active - Select Yes or No.
- Click the Save button to save the record.
