Currency Rates are loaded from OANDA in DATABASICS Time and Expense. Only use these instructions if you have a different rate. |

- On the left side of the screen, click the plus sign
to expand the Organization menu. - Click Currency
- Click the Add button
in the toolbar.- Source Currency* - Select a currency
- Currency To* - Select a currency
- Effective Date* - Use the calendar to select the effective date.
- Rate* -Enter the currency rate.
- Click the Save button to save the record.
Repeat the above process to add additional currencies and rates.
