  1. To add a line click on Add icon Image RemovedImage Added
  2. Select an expense type from the drop down list of options
  3. Fill in the required fields indicated by an asterisk.When done click Image Removed.
  4. Select a line and click Edit button  Image Removed to edit an existing expense line
  5. Select a line and click Delete button Image Removed to delete an existing expense line
  6. Click on the Attachment iconImage Removed to view receipts in the repository or to attach a new receipt/document.

On the Attachment screen:

  1.  Click on the Add button Image Removed to view drop down list of attachment options:
     Image Removed
    Select Camera option to go to Click on Image Added to continue.
  2. If you have attachment to add you can do so in this next step
  3. There are three ways to attach a receipt
    1. Image Added Repository - select and attach a file from the receipt repository. The files could have been emailed or faxed to the repository earlier.
      1. Select the attachment you would like to add from the repository.

      2. Use Image Addedto select picture
      3. User Image Added to delete the picture
      4. Click on Attach to add the attachment.
    2. Image Added Camera - uses the camera of your smartphone and take a picture of your receipt directly from the mobile app.
    Image Removed
    1. Click on the Camera icon Image Removed to re-take a picture or on the Album icon Image Removedto select an image from an existing photo album.
    2.  When finished click Done to go back to the receipt list page.
    Select Album option from the drop down list to
      1. Confirm the photo by clicking Use Photo or retake the photo by clicking Retake.
      2. To complete the expense line, click Done.

    Select Receipt Repository option to select and attach a file from the receipt repository. The files could have been emailed or faxed to the repository earlier.
    1. On the receipt repository screen tap on an image to select it
      Image Removed
    2. Click on the pin icon Image Removed to attach the selected receipt to the report
    3. click on the arrow icon Image Removed to open the file for review
      1. Browse and select the image you would like to add to the report.
      2. To complete the expense line, click Done


  4. Select a line and click Edit button  Image Added to edit an existing expense line
  5. Select a line and click Delete button Image Added to delete an existing expense line
  6. Click on the Attachment icon Image Added to view receipts in the repository or to attach a new receipt/document.

  1. Once done attaching receipts click on menu icon to exit out of the receipt screen and to access the Cover Page, Expenses, Attachments, Credit Card Charge or the Validation (to view validation warnings or errors attached to a report) screens.
