  • Click on the New button. Add 
  • Fill in the required fields (use the search function if needed)Click the Save button.which are marked with * asterisk) 
  • Click on Save 

 To query the database for existing data:

  • To view the Advance Search window, click on the double arrows on the right like below.

  • Input search parameters into any field(s)
  • Click the Retrieve button to on Apply to return results

    Note: The more criteria entered, the narrower the results.
