  1. Click Add to pull up the employee search window and select one or multiple proxies.
    1. To find a specific employee, enter a query criterion in the Find field and click on Searchvalue (first or last name) in the box next to the magnifying glass in the pop up window.
    2. Click Enter or click on the magnifying glass icon.
  2. Select the desired employee(s).
  3. For each Proxy you could set the :
    1. Entry Type
    '
    1. - Time, Expense or
    Both' and also Access
    1. Both 
    2. Access Right -  Access Right Modify or
    Review
    1. Read Only Right
    Only.

  4. Email Option - set to Yes or No
  5. Click Next.

Step 3: Assign Proxy-Assisted Employees to the Group - The users will have timesheets or expense reports added FOR THEM.

  1. Click Add to pull up the employee search window and add one or multiple employees.
      Enter a query criterion in the Find field and click on Search
      1. To find a specific employee, enter a value (first or last name) in the box next to the magnifying glass in the pop up window.
      2. Click Enter or click on the magnifying glass icon.
    1. Select the desired employee(s).
    2. Click Finish.

    Note: There is an option to 'Insert All Employee'. This should be reserved for Admin proxy groups so they have access to all users. 

    Proxy groups do not automatically get updated with new employees added to the application.
