To Create a Drop Down Group

  • Click Add
    • Enter the following
    • Group ID: This is the ID that will be hard coded for this Group
    • Name:  This is the name that will display when assigning a group to a Notes Purpose
  • Click Save

Next you will need to create values for the Drop Down Group

  • In the lower detail panel click Group Details in the left blue column
  • Click Add
    • Enter the following
    • Field Code: This is the ID that will be hard coded for this Field Code
    • Name: The value that will display in the drop down list
    • Description: For administrator description purpose only
    • Active: Defines if the field is available for viewing/selection to the user
  • Click Save
