This information is used for tracking and reporting. Is not mandatory and there is no validation associated with the actual entries, it simply serves as notes.

The hours entered on the time and attendance screen are only added as the additional notes. The actual hours worked per day need to be entered on a timesheet in the corresponding fields.

  • From the homepage of the application click on your initials icon on the right top corner of the screen

  • From the drop down menu of options select My Preferences

  • Click on the User Preferences tab

  • Select Yes next to Time Attendance option

  • Press Apply on the bottom of the screen

To enter the attendance details on a timesheet. Click on the clock icon on the top right corner of the screen navigation ribbon towards the right as indicated in the screenshot below:

In the Time Attendance pop-up window enter the actual time in and time out details. Remember to select the correct date. Then select the time in and time out details from the corresponding drop down list, enter the hours on a break, as applicable, and click Save to save the changes.Image Removed

Continue to add the attendance details for all corresponding days and save

When finished, press Close to close the window.
