  1. Go to Options on the left side of the screen and click the plus to extend the Option.

  2. Select Announcements.

  3. Edit an Existing Announcement:
    a. Language: Announcement will only display if the user's language matched the announcement language
    b. Announcement: HTML Editor text box will display the main announcement text
    c.  Image / Attachment / Link Type: You can choose to add images, attachments, or links here
    d. Multiple Assign: Selecting this box allows you to assign the announcement to multiple entities e. Display Order: Order in which the announcement displays
    f. Operating Unit, Department, Employee Type, Location, Employee, Start Date and End Date define for who and when the announcement will be displayed
    g. Active Flag: Controls if the announcement will display or be turned off
     

  4. Create a New Announcement: 
    a. Select Add.
    b. Announcement what you want your Announcement to say in the *Announcement field. You can also add a table and edit the text here.                                                                        
    c.  Image / Attachment / Link Type: You can choose to add images, attachments, or links here
    d. Display Order: Order in which the announcement displays e. Multiple Assign: Selecting this box allows you to assign the announcement to multiple entities. Once the announcement has been saved, the “Assignment” tab will become visible. Click on the tab and then select “Add” to include additional assignments
    f. In the Operating Unit, Department, Employee Type, Location, Employee fields, select the groups of users from each field that you want to view the announcement. If nothing is selected, the announcement will display for all users. 
    g. Active Flag: Decide if the Announcement is Active or Not
