Scenario: You want to create a query to display all transportation-related reports under $500. 
Here is a video demonstrating how to make a query:

  1. Go to the Admin tab on the top of the screen. 
  2. Go to Audit on the left side of the screen and click the plus to extend the Audit options. 
  3. Select Audit Query.
  4. Go to Add.
  5. Choose a name and select Save.
    (For this example, "Transportation Under $500" is the name)
  6.  Your audit query is now made and ready to be edited.
  7. Under Query Items, select Add to customize the query.
  8. Choose a Query Field.
    (For this example, the query field is 'Expense Type')
  9. Choose a Condition.
    (For this example, the condition is 'In')
  10. Choose a Query Value. You can select the "..." to view the value list. Then Save.
    (For this example, all options relating to transportation would be selected. Such as airfare, mileage, car rentals, taxi, etc,.)

  11. Select Apply to update the query.
  12. For this example, we will need to add a second query to include the Reimbursement amount. Go to Add (from #7)
  13. Choose a Query Field- 'Reimbursable amount'
  14. Choose a Condition- '<='
  15. Type a Value- '500'
  16. Select Apply to update the query.
  17. Select Publish.
    *The query will not become active until published

    Active QueryYou can see it as an auditor
    Inactive QueryDoes not show on the drop down list for the auditor
