Time Code | Defines one of the following: A time code to be included in the total sum of hours that qualify a user for overtime. To add more than one time code, the additional lines may need to be added A time code to be adjusted by overtime. When overtime is auto calculated the system converts any excess hours from “regular” to “overtime. The hours charged to the time code selected in this field will be adjusted.

Action Flag | Adjust Regular Time Code - the hours charged to the time code selected in the “Time Code” field above will be adjusted (reduced) and converted to Overtime Only Count to Get Reg Time - the hours charged to the time code selected in the Time Code field above will be counted towards total hours for overtime calculation
